Here is another easy way, beside Yakuza Office building, there is a building that has a Red motor parking. Ride it and go to the tax office, also, if you ride the motorcycle you can launch rockets and no one can kill you when your riding the motorcycle. Try it!

Some tips : use the shrine maiden clothes and use one of the maidens attacks(the shrine maidens attack is similar to tax chef) and attack him for a few minutes, make sure to get away from him and dont go closer to him

You can kill him easiest with the helicopter from the palace, hover above him and spam the attack button, the missiles will continuously find and hit him

My recommend is probably get him to the beach and use alice costume and turn big and start pushing him to the water and he can barely move I used rocket launcher and shotgun hhshsh I just want to share hope it Helps you
Step one: get in your car
Step two: get the tax chief outside
Step three: Keep hitting him with your car

[Easier Way]
Put the Tax chief at the jail cell and trap the officer in a wall in "props" So it wont attack you and now Attack the Tax chief using a shot gun back away a little...

Great video! Something that i think that would be WAY easier is to go to palace and get the helicopter. It's so easy because you won't die and you don't have to aim. It does it for you! ❤

Actually, The shoutgun is a WAY faster than rocket launcher, and you need only 140 ammo. You can buy it from The guy on The boat

For me, I just used the motor with infinity missiles and when his life span in short, I just bought 70 ammos for the shotgun and used it to beat him, it's much easier
I carried that bastard in my house (Girl's house) and then set myself in a fighting suit with a sword on my hand and began slashing him. I revived for almost 3 times in front of the shrine and went back to my house to avenge my death lmao. After i successfully killed him, i yeeted him to the quarry.
It tooks patience guys. Hardwork really says it all.

Step 1: The actual most easiest way to kill the tax chief is to turn off cops and then take the cop car, compliment him and then carry him to long road and put him at the end of the road. And drive your car with full speed at the start of the road. Ran over him and reverse the car quickly. He wont attack you because of the high speed/he couldnt detect who injured him and then if he got little bit away. You can carry him and put back him at the position to ran over him again.
Step 2: repeat. Just repeat the step. It will take less than 5 minute because if you go with the cop car with 230 Kmh and run over him, you can probably deal about 3500 damage. This is not a lie. I did it twice with high speed, and guess what. I got the gold bar.
Edit: just make sure you didnt damage the car too much cuz if it explode....

If your health is low after killing the Tax chief go to the hospital and go to the man that skips his work. Talk to him and you will see a heal button.

Step 1: Go to the girl's/boy's bedroom and change cloth to "Alice in Wonderland"
Step 2: then go to Tax office chief's room and carry him to the log house
Step 3: put him and be large and keep hitting him lol 🤣

(Note: try this if u have armor, so u won't get ur health low, his attack don't work on u if u be large with armor)

I killed him using the free fall ride on the amusement park, sure it isn't the fastest way, but it's safe and not to mention hilarious to see him gets ragdolled by the ride without a single clue about what's going on lol

You don't need 1000 - 2000 bullets you just need 20 - 40 bullets of shotgun and the armour I already defeated him like 3 times

i think the easiest way to defeat the tax chief is use the kunoichi (ninja girl) and lead him to the beach then use the jet pack then fly to the ocean. He will stop at the edge of the ocean since he can't kill you while diving and you will also be in front of him not under you. you can use the 999999 thing or any gun to kill him. you also dont have to move around:)
if you want guys it to be easy just dress as a witch then use the wand and use it for attack

For Newbies:
It's easy to attack him without much effort at all. You just have to kill those girls talking in the other room (prevent from noticing amiss) kill the boss with rifle bullets (prominent amongst weapons) shot him mindlessly until he dies (works all the time)
You don't have to worry about his people - they can't sense anything since they are on the lower floor (it's only the girl in the other room)
I thought the boss was a menace, but it's only his extended durability that's annoying. If you shot him directly for a prolonged time he will die just like that.
You do not have to move him far away, just kill him in his room.
One of the other best ways get him to attack you in the police office and then they’ll fight him for you
I suggest fighting him with the little boy it's much easier

If you want to kill the tax man I don't know what to call him I suggest you to wear the shrine maiden outfit if your playing with the girl character and for the boy wear the Shinto priest Because the attack thing is limitless

You actually don't need a thousands of bullets. Just get like 100-500. I defeated it using shrine maiden outfit for the flying otomoji weapon (or whatever u call it) and rocket launcher

The easiest way is to defeat tax cheif is: 1. Tell him a compliment 2. Carry him into Yazuka Himawari's jail cell ( after being defeated ) 3. Get the shotgun, fill it with loads of bullets 4.Shoot tax cheif while he is in the cell
