Hey there - thanks for your questions. Well, one option is to buy your domain directly from Shopify, as doing so is relatively cheap and makes connecting your site to a domain extremely simple. However there are some downsides to this approach too, so check out www.stylefactoryproductions.com/should-you-buy-a-domain-from-shopify for a full list of the pros and cons of doing this. As for other providers, as there are so many of them available it's difficult to say precisely which one will best fit your needs but I would suggest always using a provider that provides 2 factor authentication, phone support and a fast DNS lookup time.
