ところが私のはケイカル板ではなく、木の板だったので綺麗に剥がすことが出来ません。下を表にしたいのですが、ケイカル板ですと剥がれやすいのでしょうか？

この作り方の場合、切り離しは不要です。乾燥状態を見ながらビニールかけたりして調節しています。

私の場合、通常、古信楽の白をメインに使ってますが、動画で使用されてる土は何ですか？キメの細かいものですか？
また、始めにたたらにされた量は2kgですか？

先に古信楽白で、エイヤで作りました。
2kgで測ったかのように、29.5cm直径、要らない部分で十分ふちになりました。
ただ、粘土紐を作る時点でやや乾燥気味でした。

僕が使ってる土はオリジナルブレンドの白土です。亀板に使っているのは軽カル板です。

I do it the same way-
just different. ;-)
But the big question is how to take that flat bottomed slab plate off the bat, without damaging the flat bottom?? One of the benefits of throwing a plate is trimming the foot after to eliminate all the wire marks caused by extracting a vessel from a bat.
The slab plate is just on it, so it's not stuck.
However, only the edge is treated with water, so it sticks a little.
Cutting at the end solves your problem.

亀板は軽カル板で作ってます。この作り方だと最後に削り取った角の部分以外、亀板にはくっついていないので切り離しは不要です

同じような形の大皿（直径30cm超え）を作った時、底の端が素焼、本焼きで割れ、結局8ミリでタタラ製造機を使って締め、ようやく成功しました。先生は底割れとかないですか？しめるのに、コテで何回もしめたのですが、何かいい方法あればお教えください。
僕の場合は割れることありませんが、やることといえば
「縁はコテを使って表だけじゃなく裏面からも。全体はゴムベラを使って表裏を締める。」
こんな感じでしょうか
