Hey Liam, I suggested this around the last transfer window deadline, but wanted to mention it again... Last deadline was so crazy, you were doing a video every few hours. It was chaos, and very entertaining. You should maybe consider some sort of live stream on the final day of the transfer window?? Maybe even a collaboration with another Wrexham podcast?? I don't know how difficult that would be, but I know I would watch all day waiting for breaking news. Cheers!
So, what happens with Ollie? So many strikers for a front 2 layout. Offense wins games, defense wins championships. Can't we upgrade our defense?
Yesterday while watching the FA cup game it came to me that I would love it if you made an analysis video on every player of our squad. Us foreign fans already got to know the lads but not as much as I'd like to.

Hi Liam I know you are enthusiastic like me as a Stockport fan would love to see him at Stockport County but no resalable fee hence why clubs will wait till the end of the season and get him on a free good luck for the rest of the season
Good to see you back Liam, we have missed your breakdowns over the busy Xmas period, having achieved 9 points from a possible 12 we have had a good Xmas. We are now sat in 3rd comfortably with a game in hand on Stockport and Barrow 4 points behind us. So regardless of whether Barrow win at the weekend whilst we are playing the FA Cup we will remain 3rd. Mansfield are on a great run at the moment but still have to come to the racecourse (and we are 1 of the only teams to beat them this season which was in the FA Cup) If we continue our run of form at the racecourse and still pick up some points on the road then I think back to back promotions is very likely. However we know a season can change very quickly so we can’t count our chickens just yet. As for signing Clarke-Harris is the transfer window, it would be a great signing but not the end of the world if it doesn’t happen. Our weakness is in our defence, we have let far too many silly early goals in which puts us on the back foot from the start. A strong defender would make more sense to me, we can score goals from so many different players, but defensively Tozer needs more support. Just my thoughts and congrats on hitting the 20k subs 👍🇬🇧
Glad you got to 20k Liam, well deserved. Mullin & Lee are both used to playing in higher leagues, as you said they have both bought into the Dream & are obviously confident that they will continue to progress higher.
Would Clarke-Harris be an upgrade on the strikers we have now, or would he just give us bench strength? If he's not a significant upgrade, breaking the bank to get him might not be the best way to go. We've recovered from the bad start to the season, we're sitting in an automatic promotion spot, and we're playing well. *If it ain't broke, don't fix it.* 🙂
Clarke-Harris is class if he came to wrexham it would be a huge boost
Stupid question, the man has golden boot in league 1 2 times in last 3 years, massive improvement on Dalby 0 goals, Bickerstaffe 2 goals Palmer 5 League goals

he is running down his contract, last 6 months then he would be free, so no fee, and the player then can ask for more money for himself. Anything else@@Toxophilus
We defiantly need another quality goal scorer. We’re one injury to mulls away from a problem. We can’t reply solely on Mullin for 30 a season, palmer, dalby etc won’t get more than 10 each max , so realistically if we want to go up and stay in league one next year we need another goal scorer
Congrats and happy new year! I hope Wrexham gets a good speedy defender, one that cleans up situations where others are to slow (like Tozer). And a midfielder for the linkplay, a quality player, who can send strikers away and has a good long ball

Apparently Clarke-Harris wants a move closer to his family in Bristol & it's the reason he's unsettled at Peterborough. I feel Wrexham would have to pay through the nose to get him and would he be really happy as Wrexham is only slightly closer to Bristol than Peterborough.
With regards to Waters... he was never given a chance & I think he's more than capable of scoring 15 plus in league 2.
Maybe Swindon Town would pick up Billy Waters on loan? They had to return Jake Young to Bradford City, and we've already finished our games with them.
No thanks on the striker. How is another one a priority? Lee & McClean have already shown they can fill in if needed, which isn’t really needed. I hope we focus more on defensive side of the pitch myself. We are pretty well stocked up front at the moment. In Parky We Trust.

What is everyone's view of the keeper situation? Okonkwo is on season loan so no guarantees he will be available next season. Do RFC need to sign a higher level keeper and lock this position in?

Its fascinating to learn about player strategy in a league with relegation and promotion. Fans must have to deal with a lot of conflicting emotions as good players have to be moved aside if they are not suitable for higher leagues. Deal with that in lots of leagues but not to this extent
I'm jonesing for transfer news. Hope to see lots more vids to come. I think if Ollie is on his way out, Gregory makes a lot of sense. Big, strong, proven against championship CBs. Jonson Clarke Howard is an obvious bump to raise the level of striking all around. Shankland seems like someone we could get if we were already in league one. I think if we wind up with JCH and Okonkwo on permanent deal it's a massive win. With Lee Gregory and a killer CB as a bonus.
With Mendy possibly missing games do to playing for Gambia. I think we should look at signing another winger. Especially with injuries at that position.
We don't need Clarke-Harris, we need to start getting some good players that are in their late teens/early 20's so they can grow with the club. we already got plenty of good players that should retire before we get to PL, don't need more of these.

If we get a new striker of this quality level and once Ollie is back and healthy and Fletcher has had a few more games with more minutes under his belt, do you think that Parky might change up his formations a bit to cater for a more attacking style if we've got 5 quality strikers on board?
US Fan here, any whispers of Hosannah moving on due to not being registered for the league? Would guess Waters would be unregistered as well? Who would be on the chopping block if Wrexham adds any other pieces?
We could do with signing quality younger players as well, without breaking the bank, good example of course is langstaff who was in my opinion very intelligent buy for notts county!
I think Billy Waters should move on to get 1st team football somewhere else. I think Clarke-Harris would stack Wrexham at striker, keeping him away from competitors as well, but you know his playing demands will be high, so who is odd man out? Palmer, Fletcher, Dalby?
Wrexham should go after some of the young Canadian players playing internationally, a lot of good young talent coming up through Canada lately with the 10 year push towards the next world cup.

Incorrect. Mullins has been pedestrian all season and Stevens is on loan and ancient. Wrexham absolutely needs another striker, and preferably an up and coming striker that can grow with wrexham instead of age away like Ben Foster.

JCH has scored over 100 goals for PU but "doesn't fit their style" 🤔 might be other issues there.
with us wanting to prob pay for oko, and we need more then just 1 more striker and that's it. i don't think we should spend 500k on that guy, just not worth it, we going to need to get a couple new defenders, at least one more good midfielder, and I would dare say 2 more strikers.
