This series feels like it's Late Night with Conan O'Brien, all we're missing is the resident Bob Odenkirk guest.
Literally nothing about this feels like Conan, what are you even talking about? Its not even attempting to be in the same category... Its closer to a Daily Show, or John Oliver. Conan pretty much never got into politics any deeper than he had to for a joke, and the main draw to his show is that he's a great interviewer. Something like this would be completely out of place in every single era of his output.
@@lewatoaofair I'm just referring to the wacky and zany jokes of the show. I specifically reference a Conan O'Brien reference to an interview between young Bob Odenkirk and young Conan, that's reminiscent of late night talk shows of Adult Swim. It's obvious the show the riffing (intentional reference to music) off from John Stewart and John Oliver, and maybe even add in go the mix Patriot Act from Netflix. But the overall wacky and zany spirit with the show's jokes and segments are reminiscent of O'Brien.
I don't understand the aggressive comment, as I said what I said as a sincere compliment to the show. As I'm personally a fan of the wacky and zany antics of Conan O'Brien and of Late Night Adult Swim humor.
