Seems that having a cell phone closed to the smart key, it gets blocked. I thought I had to buy a new battery set but later it worked again.

Hi ,my 2011 kia optima hybrid won't start with my key fob . I changed the 2 batteries, but should I change the one in my dash as well for it to work ? It unlocks doors and trunk but just can't start it up from inside the house ..thank you
