Pep coaching Mateo there on how to draw the opponent in and then release the ball. He won't need much coaching after playing at elite level for the last ten years. What a signing he'll be for the next four years ❤
I agree. People.say he is downgrade on Gundo. Pep will upgrade Kovacic and he has palyed for big clubs.
Kova is an upgrade in many ways from Gundo ... Overall he is a better player and his dribbling through midfield will add so much ...

Kovacic needs positional training, and he needs to lift and turn his head often. Also he does not have to sacred right to hold the ball for more than 3 seconds, more than 2 touches before releasing the ball… the faster he learns these and attack the D block… he will fit in perfectly…. Until then stop boasting his play unnecessarily…. Our City play is no joke, he needs time!!!

Alvarez is more skillful and mobile. Hence, can and has played as a winger before.
He has played there on occasions for Argentina and even once or twice for City.

Every team you are meant to have two players in every wing and u use the one u feel is better that's what happened btwn Mahrez and Bernardo, Bernardo was fantastic last season in that wing,if u are d coach who will u use, same for grealish/foden, halaand/Alvarez, rodri/kalvin etc
