The Beck has the best layout. Correct, where can you get a 3/2 T home for the mid 300K. Richmond American is selling a couple of the T homes they completed in my development. A 4 bed, big back yard, 2 car garage, 399K. It's an odd fully detached townhome, btw. They built two of these in my development. So you are correct.
Good point, any other builder would charge a lot more!
