Tinny, you might want to use Plexi instead of polycarbonate. They are both technically thermoformable, but polycarbonate tends to absorb water, which causes it to bubble and get misty when heated. Plexi doesn't do that. Plexi is a bit more brittle, but it should still be fine for a canopy.
I've have two small sheets of plexi 3/16" if you would pay for the shipping. You would need to seam them, but if it just a prototype until you buy a full sheet

i am not going to use a bubble canopy. I am going to build a Canopy with a top and a wrap around sheet windshield.
