You will click to add your highlight and once you select an image, you will then click edit cover and select whatever photo you want to use as your cover highlight

I’m confused! You said you can upload highlight stories with out posting it so followers can’t see it
correct? But the highlight that you edited was already posted that’s why you were able to edit it. I don’t understand!
