I really appreciate this.. but as an adult with ADHD.. this video is entirely way way way way too long… dang.. I wish I had the attention span to watch this.. but I’m off somewhere else in my mind 5 minutes in.. an hour is comical to say the least

The speaker over highlights her words by dragging the individual word out 😂 definitely frustrating. Try turning up the playback speed through the settings on the video. That typically helps me.

I find playing Tetris or something like it while watching, increases my ability to listen and absorb... but you are right it is comical to create an hour long video for ADHD, at least there are reading materials too etc.

She just gave solutions to the issue. You can always replay it, take notes. If you sit in on classroom training...this is no different.
