I don't understand why they do the cut metal thing at the end. It just shows that the metal wasn't hardened properly. Although I appreciate the gentle edge quench thing they do for humor. It's always funny.
The method of giving the taper is secret and professional. The tamper of the water is right on the tossed things like a hammer, axe, chisel the tamper of the oil is right for the knife and sword.
The test on metal rod is to see if its performing well its a cleaver so its used for chopping thru bug bones of cows or baffalo so it must not break when chopping

Normal use 1 kg like goat and hen you can easily do but minimum 2 kg use for cow and others because The cow bone is hard so 2 kg easily cut and don't demage bond small pieces
