Nah, with gan the products are quality.
One thing I'd like to point out about Gan X is that once you found the perfect setting for you, there is no need to carry around the additional hardwares since you won't be changing them any time soon. And I trust metal more than plastic. Gan X feels light enough for me. Any lighter will feel not so comfortable for me since I'm afraid that it will fly out of my hands if I turn too fast

That was me at the start but put in the yellow ges nuts strong and green to the strong clear magnets. Trust in me it feels so good.
@@miguelcontreras8190 yellow GES feels too strong for me. I use green with 0.8 tension and clear magnets. It's fast and uncontrollable, yes, but it's comfortable for me since my fingers hurts if I use slow cubes with heavy-turning
If you find the perfect setting for the xs then you don't need to carry anything with you either.

I almost thought it was only Mini CSH who had the XS 🤔
It looks good , it's really fast and smooth but when I got it , it looked like a Rubik's brand , cheap plastic slow and dry I lubed it with sand and it's pretty good now I can average sub 1 with it but I prefer the 11 pro

Just saying, no one is going to have to carry around all the adjustments for the X. You find out which is best for you at home and keep them in a draw or something.

Imagine Breaker!! Well in that case, bring just the magnets you need, also not many people use the same main for OH and reg
Ya I never do magnets or springs unless it’s at home thinking it’s 1 to tight or 2 to loose
That’s the problem you will probably loose the pieces or not use the other ones at all so I prefer the Xs

The only algs that cube solve hero tests cubes on: R perm, T perm, and H perm.

The XS looks very fragile like its gonna break after a while if you turn too rough since or drop it from high up, it has a plastic core and tiny tiny plastic instead of a screw in the centers.. im very sceptical about getting an xs over an x

Overall, the GAN X is better because of the exact options. However, I never bring them with me. So you’ll need to dial in what you want and stick with it

For my bday i decided to full commit and buy the best cube (for me) no matter price.
I was lookin for the Gan X, it seems perfect for me, then they dropped the XS. I'm actually not good enough to "feel" some minor difference so I'm here to ask help, cos i'm very confused after this review.
Seems Gan X is better after all, besides stability, and that You choose XS over it only because "less hardware to carry around".
I actually don't care about more screws or hardware in general (actually i like that feel pump ride like), so should i maybe stick with the X?
I got the X black, hasn't arrived yet but I chose it cause they say its the smoothest plus I like the accessories and the little magnet capsules look way cooler, but really I only got it because everyone says its buttery smooth and I really like that!
Get the x. Higher performance and easy to set up. The xs has a crunching feeling to me and i dont really like that. The x has that really smooth turning and the hard ware you dont have to carry around always once you have the setting you want.

I have both the X and XS, both on the tightest settings and using the strongest magnets. I don't like my cubes loose.
The X is noticeably heavier than the XS, with slower but very smooth turning. Surprisingly good corner cutting in my opinion.
The XS is lighter & faster, but more on the crunchy side & less corner cutting capability than the X.
I'm not terribly fast or accurate, so the X suits me much better. Both are amazing puzzles.
