  • Negroni week is here and you’re probably going to stir a lot of them!
In this episode I wanted to explain to the most popular cocktail making methods stirring and shaking.
You will learn difference in mixing glasses, importance of ice, bar spoons and other important details that help you to increase the quality of your cocktails and make you look more confident when you mix cocktails for someone else.
Also I tried famous Japanese hard shake and compared how different it is from traditional shake using Boston shaker.
Would love to hear if you guys want to learn more popular cocktail making methods such as muddle, blend, swizzle.
