What is ASMR?
To me ASMR is an art form, just as a movie can put you in a different state of mind, so can ASMR. The difference being, movies achieve this state of mind as a byproduct, while ASMR strives to find those bits and amplify them. Over the years ASMR has greatly evolved from a simple tingle to a full body and mind experience. With an infinite amount of genres designed to help you, most popularly it can be used for relaxation, focus, motivation, stress and anxiety relief.
As the asmr community rapidly grows so does it's understanding. No longer is asmr a guilty pleasure but rather a scientifically studied and proven method of relaxation as a branch of meditation. As a follower of ASMR you know just how beneficial it can be first hand, and if you are new, I greatly encourage you to step into this new world with and open mind... just be sure you're ready for it to be blown.

Hahah really though this was super soothing? I’m not usually into intense breathing sounds ‘cause they can be harsh through the mic, but this was so gentle. I found myself kind of breathing in time with you at some points, so it almost felt like relaxing breathing exercises. Very tinglyyy.

I’ve watched a few different ASMR people and although they have relaxed me and made me want to fall asleep they’ve never given me tingles but this video and him triggered my tingles his voice is deeper then most guys voices that are on CZcams

I love how well you take care of your hair. I have a friend who has hair down to his shoulders but he doesnt brush it ever and im convinced he's trying to get dreadlocks. That wouldnt look good as he is a ginger and orange dreadlocks would just look strange. He would look good with long hair if he actually took care of it, but he doesnt
