Simon would be a great YT manager in terms of creating ideas and concepts that can constantly be added onto as well as being very straightforward and not letting them get all sucked in to the hype and false narrative that CZcams can give you with newfound popularity.

I think you should put like number of Vlogs on the titles, or something on the thumbnail so that people identify it as vlogs when they are! I think even more people will click on them bc many might not know you are doing them or might not be active followers on this channel, but would still love to start watching the vlogs
I think a way of improving the last Sideman video would be to keep everything how it was, but start them all in different countries, and whoever gets the furthurest from their starting point in that country wins - it stops half the video being in London again, and it shows the viewers different things and the experiences and days between the teams is different.

I loved this video. I personally like vlogs more than others. Not that I don’t love the “high dollar” videos but the vlogs are more personal and I like seeing what “celebrities” get up to in their daily life.

For an indoor Charity event speak to London Movements and have a fun futsal tournament with maybe some local primary schools having some fun and have a good collab to reach a wider audience on a live stream for more donations to help. Maybe do it for a couple charities and split it all!

Is there anyone else who would like to see like "all" sport tournament, where there would be multiple different sports at the same event or like atleast like 2 or 3 would be more than sick to see. thats the reason why i like ex olympics, but like format like that would be imo wonderful concept for a charity event.
Education is lacking in SA - extending M7E to South Africa(Cape Town) could be massive for both the company and the people who need the help
Simon, you know you can get a thing that plugs in the wall to help lilo at night and when nobody is there. They're pretty amazing, not sure how they work but you should look into getting one. I used it for most of my pups and works a treat. Takes 1-2 nights for them get used to it but then you see the difference.
Guys please like this so it's gets somewhere that he can see it. I think it will help them both and lilo alot

The thing about the last Sidemen Sunday is that it was a big travel one, which are already difficult to plan I'd imagine. But the twist was that instead of everything being at least loosely structured, where there's a common goal or a set plan, this was completely unstructured once the teams left the starting place. That had to have been extremely difficult to manage and I honestly don't think it could have gone much better in terms of what you could control.
You should do a M7E charity steam for 24 hours. Get loads of guests to join do loads of different stuff with donations targets
The pillows moving when Lilo was behind them really made me chuckle

I'd love to see (if possible and everyone is down) y'all do the same kind of video as the recent Sidemen Sunday but make it a like "How Many Countries Can You Visit in 48 Hours" or something like that (then that map room could get more content too) with a whack of challenges for the guys to do and possible side quests the teams can set for each other if a certain challenge is completed. Or is that too much?! LOL
Charity bikeride, everyone taking part has to raise a certain amount for M7E, Essex to London or whatever, nice like M7E medal at the end, exclusive merch, stickers etc would be sick

For the charity thing, something like a mix of gaming as well as football related, cause sidemen, will attract fans from both genres. A sort of esports competition for the charity with big names or just inviting skillful people for the event, on the football side maybe the same day, maybe a different day, football related challenges that all can participate, meaning people invited yk, that would be fun. Something completely unhinged, a pet contest but make it sidemen.
