@@TheKemKong Thigh is generally considered the better of the two for curries and stews etc, it has more more fat and will be a lot more succulent, soft and flavourful.
But yes, the spud guy's curry will have onions in it (I hate them also, if that's why you ask) but it's not actually "his" curry. His curry, chili, minced beef are all from a tin, the Princes brand in particular.
