If you have finished the signup then you can open the google play console page (play.google.com/console/developers) from any device and login using your developer account.

Please check whether you have added the country code with + sign. Still problem comes then you can check with your service provider or else write to google help center. support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/gethelp

aadhar is not authorized to do that use voter or pan i am uploading voter but due to may be low readablility its rejected i tried uploading digital copy directly downloaded from govt website see what happens

pdf is also fine. But your name and address has to match with your photo id proof you uploaded.

Having 2 different gmail accounts are enough to have 2 developer accounts. You can have multiple google play developer accounts as long as your apps in the old account were not violating any google policies and the account was not suspended any time. Because if the first account is terminated, the new account could be affected as well. Better to have a proper reason to maintain multiple accounts.

You must run closed test for 14 days with 20 testers.

Hello mam My Visa Debit Card doesn't work for payments, if possible can you make a video or tell what bank and type of cards are accepted by Google play console registration.
I used HDFC VISA platinum card for registration. you can pay with the following credit or debit cards:
1. MasterCard
2. Visa
3. American Express
4. Discover (the U.S. only)
5. Visa Electron (Outside of the U.S. only)
Note: Prepaid cards are not accepted. The types of cards accepted may vary by location.

You can't refund it from Google but if you make an account on app-work site and verify yourself and connect it with your Google play console.. They will give you 1700P=25$
