I’m not gonna lie, the AKA Cartoon logo scares me too, even to this day at 25 years old. When I was a kid, I thought the logo depicted an isolated plain design box with scribbled mishmash of different objects merged together. Then, I figured out what it actually was when I was 13. I was horrified because of the cacophonous music and I am still questioning to this day why it was a dead guy being stabbed by a pencil and how did Cartoon Network let this slide? The logo was Designed By Danny Antonucci and the music was composed by Patric Caird.

In my childhood, I was afraid of the Nick Jr. Productions “Kangaroo and Joey” logo variant, and the Just For Laughs “Mommy, It’s Over!” logo at the end of Just For Laughs Gags. I was also supremely afraid of the Wild Brain logo with the exploding purple head that, come to think of it, really reminds me a lot of the AKA Cartoon logo.

#5: Like #6, I've never seen this one before, And I don’t think it's really scary but I can understand why you were frightened of it as a child
#4: Okay now this one was just totally random and out of left-field lol, I'm very sorry but I can't understand why this one is scary even for a child, it intrigues me how our brains work this way in our developmental stages and what causes these seemingly innocent logos to trigger our fight or flight response (usually the latter) wordy language aside though, Definitely the least scary one so far.
#3: On the other hand, I can DEFINITELY see why this one scared you, it just pops up and roars at you without warning, this one probably would've scared me as a child too if I saw it back then. However as it stands it doesn't scare me.
#2: Again, understandable for the same reasons as #3, also really claustrophobic. Still doesnt bother me tho.
    Honourable Mentions:
1: Understandable, mostly becauss of the shrill sounding music and the star looking like it's gonna hit you (Like #2 with the shield)
2: Yep, defintely understandable, this one scared the shit out of me as a kid to the point it'd have been #2 on my scariest childhood logos list, Hasn't scared me since I was 8 though, I've always found it amusing and creative since then.
3: Eh, sort of understandable, but not scary at all to me
4: Wait what? No way is this scary, even for a child. this is even less scary than #4 on the list. Eh, different folks are triggered by different things especially as kids. In fact The 1997 logo with the blue background and exploding ribbons used to scare the shit out of me as a kid so I can't really judge lol
5: This one never bothered me as a child, but it was always warning for the HiT Entertainment Ribbons logo following it. However as I've grown older my opinion has switched between the two logos, I now find this one a moderately scary and perfectly fitting for horror movies it appears on. And the HiT one does nothing to me now.
6: Yep, this one moderately got to me as a child too, it's overly dramatic.
7: Not scary at all but like I said, different people dislike different things.
8: Never seen this one before but I actually quite like it
9: Same as above but it's even better, SO COOL! So much attention to detail! Perfectly captures the cinematic experience.
    And last but not least:
#1: Holy shit, this one is my #3 scariest right now as an adult. I remember the first time I saw it, I was also curious as to what would appear at the end of EEnE, but like you, I was greeted with THIS scary, cacophonous mess of a logo, I saw EEnE long before I first saw this logo though (THANK GOD) and I was 10 when I first saw it, needless to say it scared the everliving crap out of me and gave me the occasional nightmare, and it still scares me now even at 20. DEFINITELY understandable for a young child, I'm so glad I always missed the logo as a young child (or at least I don't remember seeing it) Although I do remember the credits oddly enough? Eh. It doesn't really matter.

Basically, it's another one of those "seemingly innocent" logos, but I didn't like how the blocks were jumping all over the place like that. I felt like one of them was gonna crash into the screen or something idk lol
