This is sound advice! I have a thing for those Brinkley's. When they announced the toy hauler version that was the same floor plan as our old toy hauler... the temptation continues to grow.
@MidlifeDetour Agree, typical layout until they announced the new layouts a couple of months ago...they are beautiful with great layouts...buuuutttt.....they are 45' in length...no tiny 5'er....best of luck and safe travels!!!

Oh GREAT to see you guys back. Love your vids! Pro tip, next time your in Indy try the White River State Campground…yes it’s a little North of the fairgrounds but it also doesn’t have barbed wire around the campground. That area is not the safest at night.

I totally understand your commitment to try and stick with your RV. Great video. Glad you worked your way out of that spot. I recall many a night hoping I could get out the next day. Now that we have a 4 wheel drive truck we don’t spin our tires and get stuck (as easy).

Hope all the repairs are done and over with. Have you considered establishing South Dakota as you state of legal domicile? No need to worry about emissions testing, no state income tax, and low sales tax. It's very RV friendly.
We have considered it and have it on the radar for the future. We met a few folks during our stay that were there for that reason. As a side note - we raced back to Idaho for that emissions test and when we arrived we found that emissions testing was no longer required the day after ours was due. The office didnt mention that when we asked for our extensions. We couldnt have slowed our roll back to our home state. 😬

It’s so good to see you guys are back on the road again after all of those repairs. Feel some big adventures are in your future now your coach is mostly fixed up and the service centers are in your rear view mirror. We’re still dealing with a few issues since being at the Tiffin Service Center back in April. Best of luck heading out west…

I just started watching your channel, and I love it . But, I have a question...was your rig under warranty, or did you have to pay everything out of pocket ? Problems like this is why we haven't gone full-time. How hard is it to find reputable companies to fix issues?
So glad you found us 😊 ALL of our repairs were/ are under warranty and all were on our list during the first year, thankfully! I would say it has been difficult to get he amount of our issues fixed..we have been to multiple service centers and multiple attempts. We still have outstanding issues from that original first year. Our rig is definitely an outlier…unfortunately. We know several people who have rvs that are not in the same predicament as we are.
I'm new to you guys but I'm LOVIN' your channel! One question tho...how do you decide on a whim that you are going to boondock? Don't you need to have water in your fresh tank and empty black/gray tanks? or do you "always" have enough fresh water to boondock should the need arise? Thanx!
It is all Thule hardware and the kayaks are 10ft long. We have a future video about our kayaks and the components we used can be found on our website. They have been on the roof of the truck for over 40k miles. Thanks for watching!

Fair grounds are not safe
That can be very true! Didn’t seem bad when we were there but we definitely get it. Not our favorite place! That’s for sure 👍🏻
