Dr. Baruch, is the end of the joy, sabbaths and new moons about the false religious calendar the church has adopted in christainity? Is this a call to christains to return to the Torah and the feasts of the L-rd? Is this the repentance, Elijah ministry of today?

It is the end of religion and the fulfilment of the law through Jesus Christ. Because Jesus was the sacrificial lamb, Israel (and gentiles) no longer need to offer sacrifices in order for their sins to be forgiven. Also, when Israel was exiled and scattered across the world, they went through abuse for example, the holocaust in germany and everything that happened in babylon and they couldnt have their festivals like the sabbath year and things like that. It is all the Good News of Jesus Christ, that our sin as humans separates us from God but because of His love for us, He came down to save is through the man (His Son) Jesus the Messiah, Emmanuelle (God with Us), Yheshua (Yahweh Saves)

If God is making his New Covenant in the future when he deals with Israel and brings her back, then the author of Hebrews 8 really messed up thinking the Old Covenant was waxing old and ready to vanish away back at the time of the apostalic movement. A serious problem with New Covenant theology in Christianity arises when Messiah sets forth the gospel commission in Matthew 28. Under the New Covenant wording of Jeremiah 31:31-34 there is not supposed to be any need for us to go around teaching others about God like under the gospel commission. So, Christians claiming to be under the New Covenant today really have the wrong idea. The New Covenant really can’t come into play until God removes the stony heart of Zechariah 7 and Ezekiel 36. How can God write his law in a heart like an adamant stone in Zechariah 7 of a people who refuse to hear his law?
