I pop you up on the big screen and my dad loves your hot garden peppers. I remember as a kid my dad always used to bring a couple in his suit pocket to have with dinner at any banquet hall we would attend. thanks for always putting a smile on my families face. you bring back a lot of great memories for my parents. 🇨🇦🇮🇹

I grew up in Cleveland Ohio and I grew up watching this man cooking and singing and I learned how to cook from him outside of my family me and my sisters would watch him every day!!!
I love the way Pasquale appreciates every bite of food he takes. Watching him eat makes me SO hungry.

Pasquale is the best Italian chef on you tube, I post that every video recipe & give it a thumbs up before watching, I can always change that vote but never had too, perfection on another delicious recipe, I like to use 50/50 Italian sweet/hot sausage, I cut them in half after cooking so folks can have a 1/2 of both as is a lot of food with the chicken & rice

I made this last week and it was incredible. The flavors were amazing, the rice was perfect, and the chicken was so tender and moist. My 7 year old son is VERY picky when it comes to any type of meat - he loved the chicken, and asked for seconds, which NEVER happens. It's so simple to make, but tastes like a restaurant quality meal. This is the first video of yours that I've stumbled upon, but I'll be looking for all of your recipes from now on!

Pasquale! Always the hot Sausage! I wish I were in Jersey though, we have only 2 good Italian stores here in Arizona and the sausage is almost 10 bux a pound. The supermarket is garbage. This inflation/greed!

Im going to cook this dish for my parents this w/e, my father would like it because he's Spanish and French descendant but my mother would love it, because she is 100% Italian blood, also descendant. And poor me, because I don't know what in the hell I am, petetre an American? :) Who cares.........

Not positive but I think the pots and pans are All Clad. Very expensive. But definitely top of the line.
