For example, it’s well known that the Villages have nightly entertainment in the squares ... do other communities have something similar? Outside of clubs, what community activities or entertainment do other communities offer?
I’m interested in knowing the towns that are the most “artsy”. Places where main streets have unique shops and bistros, places for live music, outdoor festivals, juried art fairs, little theater groups, etc. When I find that town, then I want to know which 55+ communities are nearby. It seems that golf and outdoor recreation are everywhere, which is great. Now I want to know more about other attractions. I’ve visited Winter Garden and Winter Park and thought both places seemed to avoid the homogenized/chain attractions and had a unique creative vibe. Thanks for what you’re doing.
2-3 longer in depth videos as opposed to quickies. Like you’ve said in the past. The right house in the wrong community is still the wrong house. The community and lifestyle is what we are buying. The house is the last step of the process. So visiting the communities and getting the “vibe” of that place is so important to us. There’s also nothing wrong with revisiting past communities for a look from a different perspective to get a better feel for the place if that makes sense? We visited a few places with one of your agents. One place we didn’t expect to like is one we keep talking about. One we had hopes for left us less interested. They all have mostly similar features give or take. But some made us feel more welcome and alive while others left us less interested.
This is a nice overview of Citrus Hills, a community I was (and am) interested in learning more about. Nicky - I like your "stomping grounds" comment. This is an important point for us to consider as we research areas / communities more fully.

Your videos are super informative! I think 2x per week is good. Gives time to absorb and further research. I agree with the comment that there is not too much outside The Villages. In the newer sections south of RT44 seems like you have to travel farther to get to Drs, dentist, shopping. Would love to see info on communities that have sq ft 2000+ with larger fenced yards for our 2 large dogs to romp around in.

My husband and I are pretty new to your channel and we are hooked! We really love watching your videos and it's so awesome how you both interact with each other. I've been trying to convince my husband into us moving to Florida...and if I'm successful in convincing him that we should make the move, I feel that after watching how you both are so down to earth really helps us to know where we would go to begin our search. Meanwhile, we're so glad we found your great videos!
I'd love to see communities that are lifestyle videos and are small dog friendly (can I take my dog on a dining patio) and does the community promote friendships. I see mostly couples in these so are their singles too? Also, what happens when you want your family (children and grandchildren) to visit- can they go to the restaurants, pools, etc? I think you are right with looking outside the community as well to what is around you. Is it rural or a city, safe or a crime ridden area, things to do outside of community, etc.

Actually, Tampa International Airport is closer to Citrus County than Ocala or The Villages. Takes about an hour plus there is a direct toll road for easy access. Having said that, it is about one half an hour longer drive into Orlando than The Villages, likely not much longer drive to Orlando than Ocala is to Orlando. BTW, I am a 4th generation Floridian, who recently moved to Citrus County from the Tampa Bay area., very familiar with Florida as I traveled the state for many years due to my job.

For example, if you want to have a category of videos called "Community Overviews", give all videos of that type a similar/consistent name (e.g., "Community Overviews: Top of the World", "Community Overviews: Villages of Citrus Hills", etc). You can determine how many categories you want to have. In this manner, it will be easier for prospective clients to look at your video inventory and choose the ones to look at depending upon the type of info they are searching for.
I like everything that you mentioned about Citrus Hills except that I'm not a big golfer. Can you do a video on 55+ communities in Florida that does not have golf courses if that even exist?
What kind of transportation is available there? Is it very much like The Villages? Golf Cart City, ya know what I mean? I am hoping is not a area where you have to drive here to get to there for everything. And I love the fact that it is green, there is grass, water and trees. I also have a bit of a love for those beloved sea cows. Am going to research a more affordable housing though. Starting at $400, 000......uh no. I know you understand.
