    That tournament finale music from back in the day never gets old! I wish they could bring that tournament music back for one episode just to see if it could work!

    Always cool they used the full theme for the final game of the tournaments.

    These teens must be in their forties now because when I watched the teen tournament from 1991, I was a teenager myself. Therefore, they are approximately about the same age as me.

    Andy westney is so serious about winning teen tournament, for $25,000 & chris beckner is so funny to his advantage!!

    I would have been 3 or 4 when this first aired. I don't remember the teen tournament specifically, but I do vaguely remember this set, and then I remember when they changed over to the grid set.

    All the guys in this tournament were so good-looking... hahaha... and to think I was 3 or 4 years old when they were on the show originally.

    I miss this set, it was brighter. Forever now it seems both Jeopardy's and Wheel's sets have been so dark and kind of depressing.

    This tourney saw some preemptions in its original run for Desert storm coverage, as the network newscasts were 60 minutes for a while at the time, which would have preempted it on WABC NY WPVI Philly and WPXI PIttsburgh among others.

    The purpose is to document the players in the tournament. There was was a lapse of online documentation of that year’s players.

      @@MSET1117 She is my daughter. She did not make it to the semifinals. Her sister was a finalist 4 years later.
