Pat talks about some of the poor choices that he's made while raising himself and the lesson that he didn't learn until he was 37 years old and in his 8th Rehab facility.
He's also got sincere thanks and shout outs for a few special subscribers.

Well Pat I’m glad you’re in my life and my girls lives too. You went through a LOT but look at how you learned and how you overcame those hurdles. I’m proud of who you’ve become and you’re a great dad, a great husband and a good friend. Just remember no matter how far in deep you are in bad days you have friends and family to back you up.

You've come so far from where you have been Dad. You have been in dark places as said already. But you always find a way to bring your mind back to happy places. I love you so much both of you and you are amazing.

If your brought up in a great environment with two loving parents at a very young age you learn what choices are. Simple things
Pick which pair of shoes to wear today
Pick your outfit for the day
Pick what you would like for breakfast.
Pick a book for mom to read.
You never had a chance to learn
The simplicity of simple choices which lays the groundwork for the next layer of choices in life.
This is how it builds in all the stages of growing up as a child and you never had these opportunities.
We all take this for granted but this is the groundwork to the foundation of making the right chose in our life spans.
