Sorry, on a different note concerning your coach. My comment regarding Footy On Nine's comments ..
'It appears to the majority of people that after the AFL declared 'no findings' in these 'racism ALLEGATIONS' a year on certain 'DISINGENUOUS MEMBERS OF THE MEDIA' are still to a lesser or greater degree automatically taking the side of the claimants collective perception on the basis of colour. But justice is 'colour blind' and it must remain 'colour blind'. The colour of one's skin, eyes or hair have nothing to do with it.
The media who are not a party to the who, what, how and when of this past case are guilty of creating ongoing speculation, 'hysteria' regarding this issue raised purely because one of the claimants is well known and is of a particular colour.
Misapprehensions are misapprehensions. The truth is, the claimants were self victimised by their own ill begotten perceptions of what happened. They presented themselves to be like vulnerable little children when they clearly weren't and appeared to almost want to be victimised, wanted to be victims but did themselves and their cause more harm than good by exaggerating and self misperceiving their own claims. I'm sure they also may have a misapprehension of Australia Day or Anzac Day too. Right? Maybe this is all about education, indoctrination not racism. Let's talk in terms of one Australia. That we're all Australians. One people Etc. Unity!
This was said or that was said, so it must have been wishfully thought as this particular 'ism'. No! an accuser with a particular self created perception cannot be judge, jury and executioner and demand it's this ism or that ism. That's not how the legal system works.
As explained by footballing great Leigh Matthews, even a head nod by a coach can apparently be perceived by a self proclaimed victim as a particular ism. That doesn't mean it is that. And that 'idea' should not be dictated to all and sundry. You can't just go around lighting fires like that.
Despite an Independent neutral AFL panel judging 'no findings' the claimants are still not and never will be satisfied until the accused agrees to their grossly exaggerated perceptions of what occurred.
There was no doubt disagreements were made between these four players and the coaches. But I can't help feel that the actual perception of a key accuser was itself motivated by an outside party who had an agenda. In other words, the accusers were 'mislead' in some way regarding 'wrong think'. The idea that the alleged victims perceptions were going to be automatically credible, accepted or acknowledged etc. Wrong!
They were automatically made credible, acceptable by certain members of the media over the defence. There is a reason we have judges, juries, evidence, court houses, solicitors, barristers etc. No?
These were allegations that were very belatedly declared (10 year delay) disagreements by the accusers. There were disagreements between footballers and coaches. That's not unusual. They had opportunities, time to address them way back when. But didn't. This is still unexplained.
Rule number one. One must never ever automatically take sides. Many in the media had taken the side of the accusers and false judgements and prejudices were quickly generated. The media. Legally, the waters were muddied and ongoing hate towards the accused and their families was made to escalate even before a court case was arranged. That in itself is absolutely criminal. The case is over according to the AFL.
Hawthorn's only mistake was to offer 'sympathy funds' to four deluded or misled, yet loved players who suffered under those self conceived misperceptions. For whatever reason they were 'depressed' as were the accused. Or were these accusers misled by a certain legal representative who had his or her own agenda. Deliberate Wrong Think.
It's a mess and it's a mess emanating from the claimants side and the media's side. The courts and the legal system were disrespected.
Hawthorn have been a family club since 1925. The club itself has never been prejudiced against anyone, regarding skin colour, hair colour or eye colour. This has never had anything to do with anything at the club. We all know that. The only colour or colours that are relevant to the club is the famous brown and the gold.
The self proclaimed victims were self-deluded or lead to believe an ism which never existed in reality, to such an extent, they believed their own ill begotten perceptions or the ill begotten perceptions of their biased advisors. They should be happy to know that their perceptions were wrong.
They forgot that the legal system rightly requires the claimants to 'prove' that what they claimed was said was the ism that they're hoping for and is correct. If it's not the ism they're hoping it is, is not what they imaged, it's game over. Their case has collapsed.
Thus far, zero proof has been produced. Early allegations were never made as they enjoyed the success and silverware. If they persist now then I feel Hawthorn and the other falsely accused based on these persistent misperceptions will eventually cause the wrongly accused every right to sue in order to thoroughly clear their good names which have been unfairly and disgracefully dragged through the mud from day one.
The AFL have as said concluded that there is NO wrong doing. Leave at that channel nine.
I personally think the accused and their families and what they've been put through based on a key person's misperceptions is so vile and disgusting it remains as one of the greatest injustices in Australian history. Enough. What has happened is out of court persecution based on unfounded accusations of wild misperceptions.
I think the accused have every right to now proceed with sueing channel nine and others if they persist with using them to create headlines like this. They're human beings not just headline fodder.
I have noticed that as soon as Hawthorn as a football team starts to show great form these ugly false accusations and biased slandering's suddenly reappear. This cat and mouse game has to stop now or Hawthorn should sue. As with 'The Voice' a decision has been concluded. Live with it. Leave it at that. Or be sued.
    Let it be'.
