MUST SEE things to do while RVing in Georgia! Foxfire and Black Rock Mountain!

- This week we could include our 2024 spring break trip to Tallulah Gorge State Park in north east Georgia. This week we’re taking a look at Foxfire Museum and Black rock Mountain State Park two places we did not know anything about until a friend of ours told us that we needed to check these two places out. So glad he did as we would’ve never discovered this stuff probably on our own and that’s why we want to share this information with you guys in case you’re up in that area, I would highly suggest checking these two places out Foxfire Museum and Black rock Mountain State Park.
Foxfire Museum was started by high school students back in 1966 and it is a pet friendly dog friendly walking type of museum with 25 buildings. And black rock Mountain State Park is just a fun drive up to the park and some pretty epic views while you’re up there .

LOVE Foxfire! Bought my daughter in laws each a handmade scarf. It was neat to watch the weavers using the looms.
We loved it and very thankful yall told us about it!!! Wish we could have seen them working the looms! Next time!
Very nice video! That museum is definitely a step back in time. I love Black Rock Mountain, great motorcycle ride, not sure about the RV though. Next week looks fun 😁

First camping trip after moving up there. The road up to Black Rock pulling the trailer, thought I was going to die! But once settled, it’s such a beautiful place.
How long is your trailer? We would love to camp up there but I’d have to sedate Alli lol

I have all the Foxfire books,my dad loved them. Your video makes me want to plan a fall visit. While still awesome,north GA mountains sadly getting so developed but so is everywhere.

@@AlliChuckAdventures I grew up out in the country about a hour south of Augusta,GA. But I lived Atlanta 23 years before moving back to the country,spent a lot of weekends north GA mountains From the 90's until now a lot of development north GA.
