Mine came from temu as well but from the start all I can hear is mid and bass, no treble at all. Cheap yes, but not so great for music. audiobooks are just fine. cant believe no app is available to adjust them somehow.

Also, forgot to mention it in the video but you can use the actual case itself to charge other stuff. Its like its own batter backup!
Left side doesnt work after a couple of uses. Do you kno how to re pair the headphones. I lost the instructions.
How long have you had them? I’d honestly just return them if you’re within the return policy. Not really sure they’re worth trying to fix at the price
Putting them in the charge case for a second and removing one of both turns them off and back on instantly once they've connected and disconnected to/from the standby battery. Holding down on one or both earphone(s) buttons for a few seconds pairs and or unpairs them. Tapping the right earphone twice, quickly, raises volume. Tapping the left earphone twice, quickly, lowers the volume. Tapping once on either earphone pauses or continues play with sound and or video.
I've noticed that they tend to unpaired if the video or sound app is not being used. Then, I just drop one in the case real quick and they both pair, again. If just one only constantly keeps disconnecting you may have a faulty product.
anyone can tell me why is it the charging case not showing its percentage but the charging is working tho
Hey does the charging case ever show the actual battery level of the earbuds? Or is it always a charging animation starting from 0? I can never tell if the earbuds are fully charged...
Solid question, from what I can tell the case shows the battery level of the case in the center and the outside lines are supposed to be the charging level of the earbuds but it seems to always be charging like you said. Def an L on their part for that
If they're fully charged, the led charging indicators stay off. If the container with the backup battery is discharged it reads 0.
Mine has been 00 for some days even if I leave them charging for hours. I'm also not connecting.....this is after 1 month of purchase. I think I need new earbuds. Not this brand again though

The prices of earbuds/headphones on Temu go up and down, constantly. Multiple manufacturers of the clones of the Lenovo brand. I've not run across a clone of this model, yet. It was offered to me on Temu for just over $5. Put'm in your basket or wishlist and check back daily. Price drops usually last for 24 hours. Temu will send you messages on your account and or text, multiple times a day. Some of the messages give you limited time discounts. I picked up the Lenovo XT60B and a clone of them, good sound, quick pairing, and so far the earbud's individual charge have easily lasted 6 hrs at around medium volume and recharge in 1.5 hours. The cloned ones are missing the branding and don't have visible control buttons, but, operate just like the Lenovo brand with touch, no button.
Hey bro i need your help, i got mine on Thursday last week and now i cant see the battery percentage on the case box😢😢. I have tried charging it but nothing comes to display. Yet yesterday it was ok, displaying the battery percentage. Should i be worried??. How will i know if the battery is low without screen displays. Please help me.
I'd honesty contact Temu customer service about that. you have 90 days to return things and get a new one.

The cable could be a dud. Other Temu customers have stated having a bad cable, swapped it out with another, and just absorbed the bad cable with the cheap ass price. You can only return one item for free with each order. So, keep orders at around $15 or purchase items that are pretty much bullet-proof or have worthy price-tags that easily knock the bill over $15.

Not that i'm aware of, no. No real reason to update headphones this cheap. The costs to have that tech would be worth more than the headphones alone.

Def a fault, the display should turn on every time you open the lid
@@Jrobz224 Thanks for the quick reply. I opened the case, using the same tools that are used to open smartphones, and I found the flat cable detached from the connector. Now it works fine. Thank you.

My display stopped working after 3 months. And unfortunately it now is totally dead. Won't charge at all.
Are these headphones waterproof
I’m not sure about complete waterproof but I’ve had them on when it was raining and they are fine.
