This song came out in 77? I was 19 an still a bit to young for him, but I wouldn't have cared the guy was so fine, wish I could have met him back then. RIP Mr Kendricks. ❤️💙🎶

Great Voice. So glad I got to meet him at the beginning of his Solo Career (Lincoln Lake Lodge - Colchester, CT), and then again several years later when he takes to the Univ. of CT. in Storrs to do a concert. We had a young singer in our Gospel Choir on campus who everyone said sounded better than Eddie, and during the concert Eddie was letting people in the audience sing into his microphone and as fate would have it, this young brother was handed the mic and he was good that Eddie snatched the microphone from him (everyone laughed). We pushed Berry Gordy & Motown to hire this young man to replace Eddie in the Temptations but they never did....Eddie was great. lost his voice in his latter years, but his legacy lives on in his music....rip my friend.
