SUMMARY:
- If you’re a fan of marshmallows, then you should know how to keep them soft and tasty. All you have to do is put them in a jar with brown sugar.
- Want an ice-cream that won’t be a threat to your weight? Just put a stick in a cup of yogurt and let it freeze in the freezer.
- When you cook pasta, finish it for 1-2 minutes right in the pan with the sauce.
- Your brown sugar clumped into pieces? A piece of soft white bread will solve the problem. Put it in a jar with the sugar and it’ll break back down into sandy granules in a few hours.
- The easiest way to peel a kiwi looks like this - chop it off at both sides, take a spoon, and push it in between the fruit and the skin to scoop out the flesh by turning the fruit until all the skin falls off the back of the spoon.
- If you've cut an avocado in two, save it from turning brown by putting a few drops of lemon juice on the pulp.
- To make your fresh herbs last longer, store them in the fridge with their stems in a glass of water, like a bouquet of flowers.
- Want your burgers to cook evenly? Make a small indent in the center of it with your thumb when it's on a grill or a pan.
- Want to whip cream but have no blender? You can simply shake the cream in a mason jar. But, hey, don't forget to put the lid on!
- Keep a knife under really hot water for a minute, then dry it with a paper towel if you want to make a clean cut through any sticky dessert like a cheesecake.
- If you've overcooked chicken and it's too dry, cut up the pieces, add some mayo, some spices, and your favorite veggies.
- When you cook pancakes, you should watch for the bubbles to appear on them.
- Crying again while chopping an onion? No more of that! Just cut off the root before you slice it.
- When you cook something with chili peppers, coat your hands with any vegetable oil to protect the skin.
- To make perfect sunny-side-up eggs, crack them in a preheated pan coated with oil, then add a bit of warm water, and close the lid for 45 seconds.
- To whip egg whites faster and better, make sure they’re cold and add just a bit of salt to them before you start the whipping process.
- Before putting a steak on the skillet, dry it off with a paper towel, ensuring it will caramelize, not steam.
- Cook whole butternut squash in the microwave for up to 3 minutes. After that, peeling it should be easy.

Wheres the lamb sauce
3:07 I've also found steaming rather than boiling them makes them easier to peel as well.
Please make next on....how to remember all these 44 tricks....,😂😂😂😂
Pikachu interesting topic!

That sounds weird!
Read my mind!!! Going into sometimes 🤔🤔🤔
Watch this vdo time and again 😁
When the finger got chopped off I got scared at first but it was hilarious
I was taught to firmly roll lemons and limes on a countertop or table to get more juice from them.
Put oranges in hot water for about 5 minutes. Then put them in ice water. The peel will come off leaving very little pith attached to the orange. fruit
Yup me too!!!
I do both, depending. The microwave trick yields more juice, in my experience.
I think I knew about 60% of these.
I must be a good cook.
ranodum - I’m sure you are, but a lot of them were things like, “If your sauce gets lumpy, guess what? You can pop it into the blender for a minute” 🙄
Hello Bright Side..For me, I hope you can keep the recommendations fewer per vid.. easier to remember and maybe if you could separate like vegetables ideas, egg ideas, etc. 😊
Overall, your vids are very useful..
😂😂😂 I was never thought some of these hacks at my culinary school
That potato trick to get the peel off easier is very nice, i’m gonna be sharing that one^^
So many tips 👍. Didn't know a lot of them.
I always thought this was a good channel until now... I think it's the best.😉😃

Good tips! Cooking tips are always helpful. Love from a small youtuber :)
45: Add a tablespoon of milk in your omellete batter to make it more fluffier.
46: Add salt in water for making the boiling process faster.
47: Add Schezwan sauce while making noodles to make them more tastier.
48: Keep chopped veggies in cold water vessel for a crispy salad.
49: Marinate meat before making any dish. It genuinely doubles the taste.
50: If the food is salty, put a flour ball in the gravy. It will do the job.
A potato also works to soak up the excess salt in gravies, soups and sauces
👍
51.) Make sure to dry fish completely before cooking it. This will ensure you taste more of the seasoning you use on the fish and not just taste plain watery fish that tastes like seasoning was just slapped on top and never cooked into the fish. Same applies and even moreso for Tofu and if your trying to get color on the tofu. The drier it is before going on the pan the better
52.) Wanna make a healthier ranch out of greek yogurt? Just mix a bit of dill, a container full of plain greek yogurt, salt, black pepper, garlic, onion, paprika, worcestshire, little cayenne if you like, parmersan optionally too, add mustard and a few ice cubes and blend up. Enjoy ^^
53.) Having trouble making vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini you name it tastier easily and in a healthy way? Just soak your veggies in tea, u could even cook them in tea and you will get a nice flavor on them to enjoy^^
Beautiful tip
my mother likes too add milk into her scrambled egg, i must try it
Amazing video and amazing job my friend 😀👍

I have this defrosting tray to thaw my meat. I was skeptical at first but now it really helps to defrost meat, other than that I use the microwave defrost button, but that tends to partially cook the meat so I recommend the defrosting tray.

*"WHERES THE LAMB SAUCE?!*
Useful Videos
Wouuu thank you
Awesome
In culinary school and yes they do use some of these
I'm pretty sure just cutting the root off the onion it'll still make me cry cutting the rest of it.
Sometimes onions are just strong and it's hard to keep from crying, but here are couple more tricks that can help: Try refrigerating your onions. This makes them less aromatic while chopping. Also, try putting bread in the roof of your mouth as you chop. Weird, but it helps!
what u could also do is peel the onion and then put in straight into a bowl of cold water and trash the peels. wait 10 -15 minutes and then take it out the water and cut it. works everytime for me. I wear disposable gloves too.
From now I am a top chef 😅
Thank alot for bright side channel

32: I was always told the opposite. Keep the root on the onion to keep it from burning your eyes.
Lol
Thanks 😊😘❤️♥️☺️ bro
Thanks *thumbsup*
A plate shattered and broke my oven because of you
His voice is Sooooooooooooooooooooooooo CRYSTAL CLEAR
#35, but my paper plates would catch fire if I heated them up in the oven.
No they won't paper will not catch fire in your oven. Next time you bake a chicken or turkey try putting it in a paper bag. It will be much more moist and tender when finished.
use baking paper
No - paper only burns at 451 degrees Fahrenheit.
He didn't say paper plates
@@lilachearts.
yes i know he said *plates* not *-paper plates-* that's people with no ears you know what i mean? hahah 😁😁😁
Cut a large block of butter into the size cubes you need keeping it intact. Wrap the intact block in wax paper & bag it for the fridge or freezer.
You will have perfect cubes each time with the flick of the knife. Learnt From my “MIL” 😄
To peel garlic easily just pop the required number of cloves in a cup of boiling water for a few mins... the skin will then just drop off ready for you to put in the garlic crusher or chop & use :-)
Luv the intro
Nice
I was expecting you to throw some eggs at the end. Wait this isn’t HowToBasic
Thank you B Side Nice video.💛💛👫💑🙋
❤❤❤JUST WHAT I NEEDED❤❤❤

Highly compelling.

@7:17 #32 CUTTING onion ... chop of the root first? Really ...? i don't think that works!
Try cutting the onion near your stove with the hood vent turned on.
The root trick doesn’t work or it’s not 100%.
It does don't be a hater
Freeze your house make it a cooler it will help the eyes and the onion tears will go away or just stick your head in the freezer open your eyes for an easier way
it works for me and ive been doing it at age 8, maybe try clearing off the top and the bottom and always take out the seeds and give it a little rinse in the tap water, besides i know what onions good for, and there's a lot of good things about it
When I’m cooking hard boiled eggs can I use balsamic vinegar
Can I get tips for onions and garlic? My son loves
Wish you all a good day
When you reach number 44 can you remember what is number 1?
No take Brightside to the kitchen
You just need to look at the information of this CZcams!
+Max M Remembering number 1 may not be that difficult actually, but remembering 17 (just picking a random number somewhere in the middle) could be a bit tricky. It's called the serial position effect.
Rub stainless steel to destroy garlic smell!
I think, I'm the only one who watch this channel just to improve his English. 😂😆
Don't alone also me too😂😂
@@user-qy4wq6ln8z 👍😆
Another easy way to peel garlic is to put the cloves in a hard plastic container, put the lid on it, and shake vigorously. The peels just fall off.
I love it when my berries taste like vinegar!
apple cider vinegar doesn't taste like ordinary vinegar :P.
Thanks for your care Allah bless you amen
Can you make a video on study schedule
I think I heard this guys voice in a cheerios add he said "oh, what fun"
7:17 doesn't work I still cry like a baby
Yes this was exactly what I thought! But I was taught to peal the onions under cold running water. This does work.
What’s wrong with eating tomato skin? It’s loaded with nutrients
What type of oil do you use? Car oil?
This is good intel people
Im gonna off this too cuz dis a cooking type off
5:24 😂😂 funny
I use Cream of Tartar instead of salt when whipping egg whites.
#18...you have another video how to store groceries that says not to do this..which video is correct?
it's funny cause I watched a video before this, on this same channel, saying that adding herbs in water like a bouquet is a bad idea. So which one is it? :D
did you learn all these by yourself?you owe me 10 min of my life
i tought it was a HOWTOBASIC video bcz of the thumbnail
Bright side, is there a Certain site you get this off of? Or do you read certain types of books (etc.)
Library
After boiling eggs dump out the hot water , let the eggs shell dry off , before adding cold water .
WOW
Dont put that lemon in a microwave .. roll it on a hard surface only
Also eggs that are room temp when boiled are easier to peel. The membrian doesn't stick to the egg when peeling.
Mary Beabout whether an egg is easy/difficult to peel depends on the age of the egg. The older it is, the easier it is to peel and vice versa.
