As an 85-year-old sister in this church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints I really enjoy your lessons. I’ve been blessed with a calling to teach youth and I’m working with 12 and 13-year-olds. I enjoyed raising my own children as well as several children from the family and I really enjoy teaching the youth. Thanks very very much for your enthusiasm and joy.

When I was taking the lessons to be baptized we sang love at home many times in Sacrament meeting. That song always made me sad because I attended church alone. My parents had no interest in the church and so it was a very lonely time for me. When I married and started a family my love for that song grew tremendously. I am so grateful for the gospel and that our family is an eternal family!

In the seminary manual lesson 76. 6 Onties was equal to 6 weeks wages for a judge, I suppose it could've been a year's wages for the average person. Love your lessons.

The guys at Book of Mormon Central suggested that six onties of silver were equivalent to 42 days wages for a judge.

Steve, I know this is way after the fact, and though I may not comment, but I never miss a week. 6 onties of silver is equal to 6 weeks wages. Not nothing, but not a year.
