I really liked the food which Tzuyang had during this shooting. Not so spicy, the noodles were freshly cooked, the eel looked extremely tempting! And the owner is a genuinely lovely host.

The crunch of the eel was so satisfying. I never realized they had bones in them either; I think my friend in Toronto told me they had no bones to get me to try them. When I finally agreed to have some, they were all sold out. We then went off to have dim sum at a popular Chinese restaurant where I polished off everything but the tripe.
