- Former White House press secretary Sean Spicer says the reason Russia waited until Joe Biden became President was because Vladimir Putin “fears” Donald Trump.
“Putin didn’t invade or annexe any land during the four years of Trump, he was worried about him,” he told Sky News Australia host Andrew Bolt.
“He couldn’t predict Trump - he was, I think, frankly, a little scared of Trump.”
There is quite a difference between "fear" and "respect".
And Putin has neither for joe and that makes him an ineffective leader

I’m as pro Trump as it gets but I don’t think Putin fears Trump but he does respect him. Russia never would’ve invaded Ukraine had Biden not stole the 2020 election. Putin is intelligent. He observed the Afghanistan debacle and decided it’s time to move. A new US administration totally crapped the bed. He knew right then and there US leadership was incompetent. The only thing that surprised me was China didn’t move on Taiwan. That move would’ve all but crippled the US and knocked us down on the world stage.
