Excellent Information, Please suggest In NS 200 there is no kick so how to check this step. Also, my bike battery shows above 12V DC in Ingnition OFF condition but ON Goes to 0.2 something in multimeter, what could be the issue, please comment.

Bro...i want to upgrade battery in my suzuki gixxer 2017 model..and i am looking for 5amp battery from amaron..which model to choose..some says BTX5L and some says ABR-PR-APBTX50..what do you suggest ?
Both are same , but in case of upgrading the height of the battey will increase , so make sure it will fit inside the battey chamber.

Generally battery ka warranty 3 to 4 years ka hota hai, to agar battery thik hai to problem rectifier/regulator unit mae ho sakta hai, battery terminals, rectifier terminals and lastly stator coil mae

Hai dude I'm also having problem in my gixxer bike when I switch on head light on running the battery starts to drain after that head lights will get dim horn will be not working and indicators also get dim and self start will not work and after shutting headlight I use to kick start the bike and ride for few minutes by that time battery began to charge what is the problem with this bike Pls suggest.

Bro if your battery is more tha 3 years old then probably the battery has loose its capacity to hold the charge, but is your battery is within waranty the go to a battery shop and tell them to do BOOST CHARGE, its basically charging your battery for a short period of time with high current (amps), your battey may get recover.
Addition to this also clean the jack of the rectfier/regulater with petrol, take help of a tooth brush, sometimes due to oxidation battery doesn't get proper voltage to charge (this personally happen to me)
Bro, my bike battery is dead bcs I left it turnd on , my bike don't have kicker, after jump strat does idling my bike helps to charge the battery or ride it or I need to give the battery for charge
Nothing to worry bro, better option is charge the battery to full, externally. If you ride on daily basis then no need for idling charge, also idling charge will consume more fuel

Check the rectifier/regulator unit, open the terminal and wash the connector and pins with petrol taking help of a brush.

@@rohanbhoir5779 I think the battery is ok, now some few things you must know, there are two type of charging process one is float charging ( which we do basically in home or normal charging) and 2nd is boost charging, boost charging is require to charge battery from zero to full level, in your condition your battery require boost charging ( its available in any battery shop). Provide a boost charging for the battery and every thing will be good.

yes, when you will kick start and rev the display will start showing, but try to install a battery and use kick start because the battery also use as a voltage buffer, it helps to give a sustain supply the the electrical/electronic components.

Bhai Mera problem whenever I self start it never starts.. I pull the chock and kicks couple of times then if i press self start then only it starts. I have changed rectifier 3 times and it drains my battery . I have doubt it's coz of fuel line problem or self start issue or wiring problem.. btw my bike is yamaha Fz old model walla.. pls help for suggestions.

Mera glamour fi bike me battery charge nehi ho raha hai. Mechanic ne new regulator rectifier lagaya hai fir bhi charge nehi ho raha hai. Charging voltage 4.5 - 5 volt se jyada nehi ho raha hai. Mechanic ko boliye alternator coil voltage kitna show kr rha hai bike start karke, wo voltage AC mae hoga, aur acceleration ke sath vary karega. Rectifier se connection out karle check karne boliye

Check the rr unit connectors, open it and clean it with petrol

Check battery voltage after connecting with some external load of 12v dc, like a headlight bulb. See what the voltage showing

Ap battery ke terminals khol k ache se saf karke lagaye aur charge kre.. agar isse v nhi hota to dursa koi acha battery laga ke trial le sakte hai, koi v battery k dukan mae apko trial lene dega

भाई बैटरी को जो दो वायर बाइक के तरफ से लगते है उनमें कितना वोल्टेज दिखाना चाहिए बाइक चालू रहते समय?????
मेरी बाइक में सिर्फ 2 से 3 वोल्टेज ही दिखा रहा था
बाद में रेगुलेटर रेक्टिफायर भी चेंज कर के देखा तो 5 या 6 वोल्टेज ही दिख रहा है तो प्रॉब्लम कहा से आ रही है
बैटरी के दो वायर में 14.5 वोल्टेज दिखाना चाहिए, जब बाइक चालू हो।
आपका जो प्रोब्लम है वो बाइक के stator coil या मैग्मेट्स में होगा, कवि कवि stator coil से जो वायर आया है वो खराब होने से बी ये होगी
