GREAT VIDEO! This answered so many of my concerns and questions i had. In our case, we thought of starting a property trust for the family, buy "buying" over a paid property into the trust, and using the free equity or even after registering the property onto the trust maby taking a second bond on it, under the trust towards starting a rental property company. Would this be wise to do under a trust? Thanks again

When you can't find the other trustee, a professional, does your wife automatically become a trustee if married COP?

It is not about how you are married. You will have to read through the Trust deed. There, it should state what can and should happen in such a case as yours.
