Update ... I have been using it now back and forth to work and its been great, certainly gets notest the Kids Love it LOL this week at last it rained and I got to ride it in the rain, Eksalent as I thought as I sat at the Lights in the pouring rain as snug as a bug in a rug No wet seat well pleased
Would be good to keep the sun off here in Australia. Sadly, I live in the third windiest city in the world and spend a good deal of time riding into that wind. But maybe with the rear cover removed... :)
No problem I am glad to be of help. I used it on a trike back and forth to work winter and summer, it worked well keeping me dry. :-) I am retired now so I do not have it any more and I sold what I called my work trike.
Graham I should be getting one this week. I am a disabled veteran in south GA it is always hot and sunny. I will be using it to cover my skin mostly due to the drugs I take. How well does it cover your skin.
richard bogue Hi My friend you will find it's well made and keeps the sun and rain off you, for me it's the rain and winter I use it most and it's a big help as my trikes are my main transport as i do not drive now days. wish you good fortune may you be well and happy and thanks for watching the Video glad it helped if it did :-)
Have you had a chance to ride with the flap open since you made this ? just thinking this may be great for commuting in summer but not sure about the extra drag.
Hi Yes i have tried it with the flap off, yes a improvement I have not had the Back completely rolled up as yet as thats not what i bought it for, I have it to keep the worst of the winter off me, and it will do just that back and forth to work, Its not somthing I would use on weekend rides as I like to be in the open and I keep my weekend Spring X as light as I can as I can do a 100 plus in two days on rides out, I would say with the back up right up folded away it will stop the drag. Hope that helps I will put a Video on once I have hit some bad weather and let all know how it performs so far I am pleased with it
Hi Graham. Do you find that it catches the wind? It looks like a very effective sun shield but the faster you ride the more rain gets you, right? Have you continued to use it since about a year ago? Cheers, Howard. Velo Vision magazine.
+immortalclass Hi Yes I ues in all year as it's my commuting trike I have never had a problem in the wind or rain, the wind goes thru the back window mesh, I have been in difrent wind directions with no problem it will slow you down some what straight into the wind But its not a problem
+Graham Williams Great stuff! Can you contact me via www.velovision.com/contact if you'd like to share your experience with our readers? Many thanks, in advance.
I take it that's the price ? if so I did not know that. I brought my one second hand, used. If that is 500,00 £/$ that's ridicules, there good but not that good. again you can by a good bike for that.
Hi Graham. Some people use a kayak canopy. It's certainly cheaper. I will try it soon.
Let us know what ist like

Hi its called a rag top and comes from the USA its not made by ICE Googale Ragtop

It looks like it could operate as a sail (if you wanted to go backwards).
That is for sure :-)
mount it backwards and really fly..! LOL
I would not see where I was going but I get your drift, but even the right way around with the wind behind it give a great push

to be blunt if you have a friend in the USA send it to him as a Gift :-) then he can send it to you as a Gift :-)
Looks smart so it does. The rear window would suit the ice flag sowed on it.
