"הכל ישתקם": המאבק של ותיקי ניר עוז להצלת הזיכרונות מהקיבוץ

בשבועות הקרובים יעברו בתים רבים בעוטף הריסה, בדרך לשיקום ובנייה מחדש של היישובים שנחרבו. המחשבה על כך קשה במיוחד לוותיקים, שהקימו את הקיבוצים וכעת נאבקים להציל מתוכם את זיכרונות חייהם. אנשי ניר עוז חזרו השבוע לארכיון הקיבוץ, שמקפל בתוכו סיפור של שבעה עשורים ושבת אחת, שם הם סיפרו על הדאגה לחברים החטופים - ועל החשש הגדול מכך שזוועות שבת השחורה יישכחו. "למה שמדינת ישראל תרצה לזכור כישלון כזה?"

Nothing can guarantee any Israeli life, as long as Hamas and their collaborators stay alive and in power.
And you honestly think that our IDF is wasting their time and lives>
That is a terrible thing to say and I hope none of the bereaved families of those IDF soldiers who gave their lives will read what you wrote.
Most of us here in Israel don't think that a deal with Hamas - which is NOT a prisoner exchange by the way, as our hostages are hostages, but the Palestinian prisoners are in jail in Israel because they are terrorists, see the dif???) allowing Hamas to stay in power in Gaza, releasing ALL of the thousands of terrorists in our prisons - including those who were directly involved in the slaughters on October 7th - and having the IDF leave Gaza with Hamas still in power, to get ready for another few October 7th style attacks - is a lousy deal.
They might or might not release our hostages.
They might drag it on for months or years.
You are so naive if you believe that anything to do with a deal with terrorists guarantees anything at all.
Who broke the ceasefire that was in place on October 7th?
