When you were fighting Joe Weller or Logan, you were the underdog in all the fights for various reasons and even if you acted the same way, your audience viewed it as confidence because they could resonate with you being the underdog. But with this Alex fight, you're clearly the A-side and have all the advantages, so the audience views your antics as arrogant because they see Alex as the underdog, which is more of a reflection of how many members of your audience view themselves. I think I have a good theory as to why some members of your audience weren't enthusiastic to see your antics with Alex Wasabi and it's very simple. When you were fighting Joe Weller or Logan, you were the underdog in all the fights for various reasons and even if you acted the same way, your audience viewed it as confidence because they could resonate with you being the underdog. But with this Alex fight, you're clearly the A-side and have all the advantages, so the audience views your antics as arrogant because they see Alex as the underdog, which is more of a reflection of how many members of your audience view themselves. Even if you did annihilate Alex, you'll see less memes about it because your audience won't want to make fun of someone they see themselves in
