Scratch is definitely the funniest character in the show, but let's take a moment to appreciate that he wouldn't be *nearly* as funny if he didn't have Molly to play off of. They did a really great job with this cartoon duo! (Also, this video made me buy access to the cartoon. Please don't cancel this one too, Disney.)

What I appreciate about this series is that beneath the zany subversive humor, there's this powerful interplay between the two leads. Molly's over-the-top yet completely sincere ebullience can motivate an entire town and even win over a supernatural entity committed to keeping that town miserable. And any time Molly's spark starts to dim, Scratch does whatever it takes to build her back up, moving beyond his pride and cynicism to support the first person he's met in possibly decades who offered him kindness.

But can we just take the time to appreciate how well all of the characters play off of each other? Character chemistry really is what drives this show.

An older cartoon about a dead pop star named Billy Joe Cobra and a human Spencer Wright, if I remember right they’re cousins, and they make horror movies together with Billy’s ghost powers and of-course have they’re everyday shenanigans because they’re in high school . It’s a pretty funny series
