Started playing pickleball about 3 months ago. I was actually out of town for a disc golf tournament, at the player's party, and they had a pickleball court at the venue. Bunch of disc golfers were playing and arguing who was the best at pickleball. Without even playing pickleball before, I knew I was better than any of them. I played competitive tennis from 7yrs old til 20yrs old. Needless to say, I put the smoke on them my first time playing and I was hooked. Already have 7 paddles, lol. August 24, 2019. I know the exact date because after playing racquetball for 30 years with the same 20 guys, I played pickleball once...and sent a text to all of them that I was done with RB and haven't looked back since. Love how the game continues to evolve and I have designed ways to improve both skills and strategies through careful assessment and application. I volunteer coach many players, and this machine would be a blessing to many as it would allow me to actively help people without having to do the feeding myself. I tagged and followed as well!

I started playing in Spring 2022. I had heard about how much fun the sport was and how it was used in lieu of gym class for some students during the pandemic shutdown. I got curious and bought 4 very simple paddles and balls. One of my neighbors and her kids had played and we wall went out and tried it one day. Now I play once a week or so with a growing community of players in our neighborhood. I would play more with our community group but it's hard with my work schedule and also being a single dad. I started pickleball very recently, around the end of July when my grandma and grandpa rented a court out and I went to watch them. They asked if I wanted to try and that same day, I ordered my own paddle. I recently moved due to my new job so I am still trying to meet new people around my area. There are a lot of courts around my area however since I’m newer I don’t have many friends to play with yet. This machine is a great solution to that challenge!
