I love your ideas!! Especially the specimen cards! So cool! What about a potential quote like “walk in someone else’s shoes for a while”. I’m sure we could refine that with some thought but yes, I personally love the idea of randomly putting stuff into specimen cards! Great potential for color and creativity etc! Tear open in case of emergency!..beautiful!! I love that you have so many ideas which allow sparks of ideas in us!! Imagine how many ideas eventually come from your lovely beginnings!TYSVM!!!💕💕
I watch a LOT of junk journal videos. This one blew my mind. So many unique and fresh ideas. I love your style! No, no no -- scraps are great !! I tried to explain to my daughter why some day she might find lots and lots of them in my craft room. She thinks I'm just a paper hoarder, LOL, but I know we all understand the deal about scraps! I love your ideas, they're fantastic!!

First time on this channel, and I LOVE the simplicity and freshness of these ideas! My favourites are the quirky specimen cards - SO much more fun than the usual ones! I love the humour of them, and they look great. The cards with the little coloured hearts, also the ones with the anatomical hearts blew me away - some really sophisticated colour ideas here. Love how coherent they look - and all in the true "junk" spirit! I'm going to go and check out your videos - though there's enough in this one to keep me going for months.

I love the cards with a plastic centre I would put a jungle scene behind the lion so that you can journal on the other side a brilliant idea. Specimen cards: I have some pics of material from some dresses I made my daughter when she was little, then attach a journaling card telling what it was used for.
I love that idea; that’s a really sweet way to incorporate special items into your memory keeping ❤️

I am writing a huge list of ideas, thank you. I love the specimen card with the shoes - kind of reminds me of Renē Magritte work - he did a painting of a pipe with the words "this is not a pipe" under it, and a framed oil painting of a wedge of cheese under a glass dome - so anyway, maybe you could add "Fig. 1" next to it at the bottom, subtle but gives the idea of specimen card. Very cool work, thanks for sharing!
I would totally work with a little bag of scraps - I like working on a small scale and I love the restriction of only using limited supplies. Maybe I would add another type of element - twine, fabric, teabag or label it with a journal prompt maybe?

You mention coffee dying. I like dying the whole page and later using stencils and spray colors or darker coffee. Your cards at end totally rock.

Hi! I'm new here and I just subscribed because I can already see that you think outside the box, and I love that in a junk journaler. I totally love your idea of putting scraps in a specimen card! I was thinking I could put threads in there from my ort jar. It's almost like a shaker when you use the tiny stuff. But I love that you now have me thinking about what other things would be interesting to put in a specimen window.
