The violinist is Ginette Neveu. The recording used in this video is available here: www.amazon.com/First-Recording...
At times, the piano part in the recording doesn't seem to match the piano part in the score. I'm really not sure why.

Why are there no Bach Chaccone or Vitali either recordings by Ginette and Jean( I presume is at the piano)?
