I used to be a CDL driver for an amusement company here in The States during the early 90's. Yes, there are some locales where your patience and driving abilities are tested, but the more you drive, the more you get better..practice makes perfect!

u may b right but my old man,s proberbley the best driver i know but then again he did drive a 98ft long tractor unit from newcatle 2 london at the age of 15, joey wilson can vouch 4 my geezers driving.
They ara travellers they stay on a travellers site when its winter time then move around all around summer time makeing loads of money from there. fun fair they they go back home too there site again for around Christmas time fun fair people 😁😁
I was watching a video of Carters Steam Fair the other day (I find these videos so fascinating, don't know why!) and they had to pay a deposit to the local council and were fined congestion charges if they created a traffic backlog (although that might only be in very big cities) and also a fine if they churned the wet-ground up. Is this private land or is this particular council less concerned considering the fact that this is not a municipal park that they are setting up on?

This is private land but they still have to leave the field as it was when they arrived.
