Thank you so much! I’m 82 and years ago I had done so many of these little jackets that I had the pattern memorised but it had left my memory box and I’d been searching for it for a while. Thanks to you there are now 2 sets complete ready for my great granddaughter when she arrives. X❤️😍
How sweet ❤
Never in a million years did I think that I could crochet a cardigan. I'm a beginner, and this tutorial was amazing. Thank you 💗

The baby sweater was worn at my grandson Leo's Baptism....we weren't there but it was beautiful to see him at 12 days old wearing something I crocheted! Thank you again....I will be starting one soon for an unborn granddaughter due in August!
Thanks for sharing!! Hope you will get to hold him soon x
I can't wait to start this cardigan, it's perfect to match the baby blanket I'm currently working on. The set plus beanie and booties, are a gift for my niece. She's expecting a boy in May, that's my birth month too, so he is going to be very special to us all.

How much wool/skeins did you use?
I’m wondering if you had any problem with the count on the increase rows on the yoke?
Usually one x 100g ball of yarn is enough
The stitch count for each inc row is in the description now 😀
How much wool will I require for this project
I have seen this tutorial. Made a note and now I will do my first cardigan
You are amazing with showing us how to crochet. I subscribe your Chanel and definitely I will back. Have a nice evening.
You’re welcome 😊
Made this beautiful baby cardigan. Stayed up all night to finish it. So cute. Adding peal like buttons to mine. Made it in a soft blue color. It will be perfect for any newborn. I used a 4 weight yarn and G hook (4.25mm). Used less than 380 yards / 347 m. Of yarn.
Wonderful!
Just found you. I LOVE your tutorials. Thanks for your time!

It does!
This is a great tutorial, thanks so much for sharing, i look forward to finishing my cardigan, 💚
You’re welcome 😊
Maybe you can help me? I've started this pattern twice. Following the instructions exactly, but I'm always short on the stitches. Eg the second increase row says should be 77 stitches, i only have 74? I'd appreciate and help you can give? Carol x
Wonderful tutorial i can't wait to see my making im on it right now.👍wonderful
Fabulously explained 💛😊💛
Thank you, I just subscribed today, and I hope you post more tutorials.
Pretty design Thankyou for sharing.
Thank you! Cheers!
Thank you so much. I love it.
I'm a newbie crocheter, but my new granddaughter was born less than 6lb and all her cardigans are too big. I made this in 1 day! So simple and the perfect size! Now I'm trying to wriggle the numbers to make one for myself 😂
Great job!
My 1st increase of 58 has worked out right, but for some reason I can not get 77 stitches in my next increase, In the next increase row, I chained 3, a single DC in the next stitch, then 2 DC in the same stitch and so on but its short by 4 stitches what am I doing wrong ? Thank you.
Very nice video. Going to make this for my friend's daughter. And by the way beautiful hands
Thank you so much 😀
I can't wait to get started on one Thankyou keep safe
I’m wondering if you had any problem with the count on the increase rows on the yoke?
@@lynnfraser3054 I have now made 8 of these in different colours, each row worked out fine, which row are you getting wrong?
There is a bit in the descriptiion under the video explaining how many stitches you will have after the inc rows
Very easy to follow. Thank you!

Very pretty cardigan. I'm going to do it to my grandchild. Please can you let me know how many stitches I need to make it with a hook number 3.Thank you so much.
I just finished making this, it turned out really nice! Like I saw in some other comments, I had large holes under the armpits but stitched them together and it turned out fine. I just don't get how they got there, I followed your instructions closely!
Great job! There is a note abojut the part under the sleeve in the description too :)
Amazing work. I want to try to make it for my daughter who is 6, but wears size 8. Suggestions on measurements? Please 🥺
Hi,love the pattern. I've made several for family, but wondered how many stitches I would need for a twenty two chest please.x
how could i adapt this for a 2 month old? lovely tutorial! my first project
Where I used dk yarn you can substitute for aran weight and work on a larger hook, that will make the finished cardigan larger.
Love this! I bought the pattern and just love making them,
I wanna make one for 2 year old, are u selling patterns for that age group or any advice
Thank you for this lovely video I’ve now made several, please can you let me know how many stitches I’d need to make bigger sizes ....thank you
I have only made this one as a newborn size, but made it larger by going up hook sizes and using thicker yarn
Thank you for this tutorial for the lovely little jacket. I have somehow ended up with gaping holes under the arm. Can you give me any advice how to avoid this please? Thank you
If this happens you can just catch it closed with a stitch
Hi thoroughly enjoyed this pattern. .making baby clothes after long time. .thks for helping me.
Can we make a bigger size too?
Love this stitch. But could you please tell me what each row is please. I get confused with the repeat twice over. So its chain,1st row is double in next row, 2nd miss 3 an double in 4th stitch, 3rd ?. Whats the next rows please.
Finally got it thankyou. Easy once it clicked x
Thank you so much. This was my first ever cardigan and it was so easy to do. It looks beautiful. Just need to add ribbon and buttons and it's ready for a gift for my expectant niece, I'm sure she will love it! Do you have a bonnet tutorial to match this? Xx
You’re welcome 😊
There is a pull on hat that would match the cardigan but it is a beanie not a bonnet.... I have a bonnet design in the pipeline but it may be a while before I get the video uploaded
