How does Ian know that Max killed Steven? I thought Jane knew that and she couldn’t say anything because Max told her to leave the square or he’d kill her, so how does Ian know all of a sudden?
The Enigma alie I’ve watched every single episode but there’s hundreds of plot points from continuous storylines to remember so I’m going to forget a few things
Still think that baby would be better off adopted by someone completely unrelated to her- and given her own name. Her family mostly max, are treating her as a do-over. he lost his Abi due to his own actions, so now her daughter is her replacement; Abi 2.0. she isn't her own person with that family.
Why is Ian sticking up for Steven? He tried to kill Ian and also he lied about dying from cancer. Tanya has had a mental brake down so she can’t look after the baby, Cora’s too old and is a heavy smoker so the social wouldn’t give her the baby so Abi’s best chance is with max
Abi's best chance is either with Lauren or as far away from them all as she can possibly get. Max's actions lead to Abi's death, neither Cora or Tanya are fit enough to look after her, Ian is no biological relation to Abi but might have a chance if he ever legally adopted Steven (I'm not sure if he did), but either way I wouldn't trust her safety in the house when Bobby comes back. So she should go straight to Lauren or be placed in to care.
I don’t think Lauren is capable of looking after Abi because she found it difficult looking after one baby on her own. I know that max is a bad choice but this is Eastenders

I dont know who deserves Abi in 1 sense Max has done a lot of baadness, but in another sense i'm like Cora is the same plus she's old so any thing could happen.... maybe Tanya should have her? Either way don't think she'd be with Cora
@Mark Lynn They have Louie but baby Abi's parents (Steven and Abi) were siblings of Peter and Lauren, so it would make since if baby Abi went to live with her Aunt (Lauren), Uncle (Peter), and cousin (Louie).

I personally don’t like that Abi is named after Abi. I know that it’s just a soap and not my life but idk. Seems like replacing her to me. They could’ve named her something different like Abi’s middle name idk
