how can we find the values of those neighbors brother...? like if we give k=5, how can find the 5 values around the particular data point

At 6:12 you see how. After you have calculated the distances to all data points, you sort the data points based on these distances. If you sort the list, you should see the values of the data points at the top of the list, right?
