Chapter 25 The RNA Viruses of Medical Importance

In this lecture, I discuss the RNA viruses of medical importance including Influenza and other enveloped RNA viruses like Mumps, Rubella and Rabies. I also discuss HIV infection and progression to AIDS. The lecture concludes with a small portion on Prions and the disease they cause.
