Hi Dale, I’ve been playing many CZcams reviews of the Advanced Elements Expedition Elite kayak to decide if it’s for me. Your review is the best I’ve come across, very practical and detailed in all aspects. Thank you so much, it has answered all my questions. I will now go ahead and order one. Regards, Alex.
I have a Sport I bought back in June. I love it but hope AE will come out with a Orange and Blue version of the Expedition (reverse of current model). I think better visibility with an Orange deck on the water with all the speed boats and jet skis zipping around is essential to avoid collisions. Going in to the Fall with colder and windier conditions on the Potomac River, I'll also need more coverage. I want to try kayak camping so I'll also need greater capacity. I asked AE but no indication if they'll offer any additional color choices. 3 colors for the Convertible. I hope they'll have at least 2 for the EX.
Philip Longee you’re doing the correct thing by staying in contact with AE. Next time I chat with them I will also bring up your suggestion. Thanks for watching
If you’re out in the Florida heat, do you leave room in the inner chamber for expansion? It says 2 psi. Do you fill it up for like 1.75 to allow for heat expansion?
Hi Dale. Thanks for all your Advanced Elements kayak video's. You persuaded me to buy a AE frame earlier this year. I have had an awesome summer using it at home and on foreign holidays. Is it ok if I put a link to my video I made about kayaking in Corsica, France? Andy.
Hi Dale, First of All thx for your Video you explain everything very well 👍 i have one question , did you let Chamber 1 like that or you Fell it up on 2 psi after all Chambers are full ? And my dropstich was Not straight in the kajak so it was a bit warped 😮 is it normal and can i move it ? Greatings from germany and sorry for my English
No problem, I understand your question. The 1st chamber you fill to 1psi or just as the yak starts taking shape. Put that cap on and fill the inner chamber to 2psi. I have a video on aligning the DS floor. I will send you the link.
Travis Grider Advancedelements.com, Airkayaks, com, Amazon. You won’t find this is stores. If you get it let me know I’m about 40 min from Apopka maybe we could go do some yaking
I fill all bladders with my Elite in 10 minutes. I use the hand pump for floor and sides and the rest I fill by mouth which is much easier/faster than messing with the valve fittings. Easy and fast.

Jimmen Marvin-Luder Yes is the answer here. If your craft will be in the heat of the day, always allow for expansion. Thanks for watching.

Without the rudder system does it work with the inflatable foot rest or does it have the foam foot bar?
The 1101 Experiment It is a foam bar.

The drop stich floor is solid at 2 psi for me, feels like it would burst at 5 psi. Is yours hard as a rock at 5 psi?
It is really hard at 5psi they say max is 6, but 5 is great for me.
Great video. Do you happen to know how much litres one can store in this kayak?
It's rated for 204 KG so subtract your weight and that should give you your storage availability
Where can I buy this I’m in Apopka fl

Is the drop stitch floor sold separately, if so how much?
Thanks
Around 180 US
This looks confusing - not your video, but the pre-inflation, 9 air valves, etc
