If you are applying to multiple schools, you will need your school to send transcript to each of them. But, some UK universities are okay for you to send your copy of transcript to them

Can my spouse who is a dependant on my student visa start a masters degree before / when I finish my programme? Would this make me switch automatically to the dependant status and also would my spouse who had no working hours restrictions while on the dependant visa continue to work without restrictions when he becomes a student?
Yes, your spouse can study on a dependant visa. There is no restriction to his/her working hours if the person is studying on a dependant visa.
You don’t need to be the dependant since your spouse is already depending on your visa, but if for any reason your visa expires, your spouse will need to switch to a tier 4 (student) visa, then you will now become the dependant

It depends on the level of your studies.
You can’t change if you are doing a Masters programme but you can if it is PhD
As an intentional student you are not supposed to work 7 days a week. So how did you manipulate the system?

Some jobs come easy while some don’t, so it really depends.
