The train seems to be of least priority even though it has no stops at big stations like Chandigarh, Agra, Mathura, Panipat etc. It should be renamed as Humsuffer express

What is the reason tripathi to jamu tawi express always late 9 to 10 Hrs both of UP and DOWN line.
Because of freight trains at tepangana and premium trains at mp delhi line where this train always sideline for rajdhanis, duranto and sampark krantis
Because of vande Bharats all other trains are late these days..

Video is good. But what is the use of this train. Who comes from jammu to tirupati. Moreover they dont give priority to southbound trains.

Why is this train routed via Chandigarh and then take Ludhiana route to Jammu Tawi when the train has no halt at Chandigarh
Due to farmers protest at shambhu border and nearny railway station all d trains to jammu are diverted to chandigarh line by d avrg. Delay of 8-10 hrs

I dont know why the step motherly treatment is given to this train. It overtook the Prayagraj-Bikaner Express but was stopped to let it overtake. Some lesser priority trains got preference over this. What is Indian Railways doing. Really pathetic time management skills? No doubt people are moving over to private transport for short distances and air travel - inspite of Vande Bharat's or Rajdhanis.
Weekly/biweekly trains are low on priority for the Railways. It was already late by 1 hour at Secunderabad and the trains running on time cannot be delayed
That's not correct. Chennai Rajdhani is also not a daily train. Yet its given a priority because its a Rajdhani. So does Humsafar - it has some value - why else should Railways charge a premium on the ticket? If its already late, why was it allowed to overtake PRYJ-BKN and then the same train overtook it back? As I said before its senseless and poor time management skills unless there was an exceptional scenario- which was not the case here.
